Tokens correlate to the words being checked based on the skill used. For scanning, scoring, and rewriting, you consume 1.33 tokens per word. Each additional skill used will consume additional credits based on the skill you use.

Tokens do not roll over. Monthly tokens will expire at the end of the month. Annual plan tokens will expire one year after issuance. 

For annual plans, you can consume all of your purchased credits as you see fit.

For monthly plans you will be issued your credits in batches divided into 12 month segments.

All accounts come with unlimited users. You can have as little or as many users as you like checking content with your Markup AI account.

We accept credit card purchases from right within the application.

For enterprise accounts, we support different payment structures based on your enterprise needs.

Yes, invoices can be sent for enterprise accounts. We do not currently support invoicing for Builder accounts.

Business users can cancel their plan within the app. Once logged in, you can cancel your plan under the administrative area. Once your plan is canceled it will not automatically renew. You will have until the end of your current subscription to use your remaining credits.
Enterprise users can reach out to their account manager to update, manage, or cancel their subscription.
